Fit For Life Group Exercise therapy sessions are almost always the starting point of Fit For Life interventions and form an integral part of the many other services we provide. These are self researched, designed and developed over the past ten years. We can cater for specific populations and pathologies but also for participants of diverse levels of ability.
Types of exercise sessions available:
- General all inclusive Groups – adapted to include all levels of capabilities
- More Mobile Groups – using specific Fit For Life outcome measures
- Specific ability or pathology based groups
- Alzheimer’s and related dementia Groups
- Balance and Falls Prevention groups
- Healthy Living programmes
