Fit For Life has spent the last ten years developing its services through research and examination of the most efficient and effective ways of assisting individuals in Irish residential and daycare settings.
We continue to develop and improve our services by listening to the participants themselves, family members, care and nursing staff, Directors of Nursing, proprietors and our team of dedicated professionals.
Due to the range of services we offer, we can support all aspects of nursing home and daycare centre needs specific to maintaining and improving the quality of life of our older population.
In addition to direct therapies for residents, we have developed specific and practical staff training programmes covering all aspects and regulations of day to day life in long term facilities. Information and education talks for residents’ and their families are also an important and popular part of the extended services we provide.
